We are searching for a talented Pharmacist - 3rd Shift Staff

Hours: 35hrs

Shift: Night shift, 9:00pm - 7:00am with weekend and holiday rotation; 7 days on/7 days off

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy. Function as resource for Patient Care Services Administrative Supervisors and/or physicians for any pharmacy, medication or patient therapy concerns.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree in a Pharmacy program required.
  • Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum three years experience required.
  • A Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

USD $69.03 - USD $86.23 /Hr.
