Sander

This position is responsible for properly sanding and prepping units to paint.

• Ability to accurately prep and paint, an average of 65 pole mounted units a day and 10-15 pad mounted units per day.
• Ability to demonstrate proper safety protocol when using tools and working in the area.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy when performing final quality check before unit moves on to the next station.
• Ability to follow work order.
• Insists on safety as Job #1
