As a Senior Director of Responsible AI and Enablement, you will ensure ethical, transparent, and effective deployment of AI solutions across the enterprise. This leader partners with value streams to validate AI solutions through Responsible AI (RAI) testing and manages all RAI utility requirements and the centralized AI inventory. Additionally, the role supports training, adoption, and measurement strategies to maximize AI utilization and business impact. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI ethics, regulatory requirements, and proven experience in scaling enterprise AI programs responsibly.

What you will do:

  • Responsible AI Governance
    • Establish and refine standards, frameworks, and guidelines for ethical and responsible AI usage.
    • Develop processes to review and approve AI models, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • AI Inventory Management
    • Maintain a centralized inventory of AI models and solutions used across the organization.
    • Monitor GAI lifecycle from development to deployment, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement
    • Support value streams in designing and executing training programs for AI adoption.
    • Create and track KPIs for AI initiatives to measure utilization, impact, and compliance with responsible AI principles.
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight
    • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to assess risks associated with AI solutions.
    • Oversee RAI testing processes, facilitating timely issue resolution.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build and lead a team of AI ethicists, data scientists, business analysts, and project managers.
    • Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous learning within the Responsible AI function.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or research fields required; Ph.D. strongly preferred
  • 6+ years in AI-related roles, including experience in AI research, research methodologies, innovation strategies, prototyping, and Responsible AI testing
  • Proven track record implementing responsible AI frameworks and overseeing model risk management processes
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and industry standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Base Salary Range

$148,800.00 - $215,775.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
