APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Administrative Assistant supports the general administrative functions of a wide variety of academic or administrative units; including greeting/referring/assisting visitors, customers, or staff; preparing documents and reports; compiling records; organizing and maintaining information; analyzing data; and providing general office support. This position has a strong focus providing administrative support to the 4H program in Westmoreland County, PA. Responsibilities:
This is an 87.5% full-time equivalency (FTE) appointment working 35 hours per week. Full Penn State benefits included. This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work.Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process. This is a limited term position funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of refunding. Qualifications: Minimum requirements for this position include a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
