The Senior Manager for Performance Reporting is responsible for leading the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies and reporting solutions for the Workforce and Performance organization. This role encompasses strategy development, team leadership, report design, and stakeholder collaboration on reporting and visualization initiatives. Success in this role requires a proven track record in the business intelligence ecosystem and experience working with leadership teams to develop long-term strategies that deliver measurable business value. The individual must thrive in high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic data environments while collaborating with data teams to build robust visualization layers. Key responsibilities include understanding how data is stored and accessed, defining strategies for reporting consumption, and creating a roadmap to enable self-service capabilities for field teams.
This leader must effectively manage a team, work closely with data integration and enterprise technology teams, and communicate clearly to ensure a thorough understanding of the data ecosystem and solutions. The individual will support BI engineers in developing KPIs and metrics on top of the data layer and must possess experience handling large datasets using BI tools, as well as managing end-to-end BI projects. Given the organization's fast-changing nature, the ability to explore, develop, and implement new KPIs and address emerging challenges is critical. The role also demands expertise in designing and delivering scalable dashboard solutions while staying current with the latest BI technologies and tools to ensure the team remains innovative and effective. Additionally, the Senior Manager will engage directly with various internal stakeholders, including senior executives, and must excel at simplifying complex data insights into clear, actionable communication. USD 131,600.00 - 219,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $131,600.00 - $219,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
