Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator I for Rutgers Residence Life.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Supports and coordinates major administrative functions for the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services.
- Coordinates the creation of all university student conduct cases on Rutgers University New Brunswick campus.
- Assesses student conduct data using Maxient, MS Excel, Access & Word Programs.
- Prepares reports, and presentation to various staff groups.
- Oversees office operations including student staffing and records management.
- Responds to inquiries from parents, students, high level University administrators, attorneys, and others requesting judicial records and/or student information and can hear low level student disciplinary cases.
- Works closely with the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services Senior Staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of coordination, organization, facilitation, report analysis, and writing.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Good communication skills, and computer literacy.
- Ability to input, compile, and organize Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services' data and information.
- Knowledge of basic methods and techniques used in organizing and conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, and organizations; of basic analytical and statistical principles and techniques.
- Skilled in the use of office automation software and its application, in operating manual and automated office equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; to present ideas and information clearly and concisely both orally and in writing; to perform mathematical computations; to present statistical material in chart and graph form.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Master's degree in higher education, student affairs or related field.
- Prior experience working in a student conduct office at a college or university.
- Experience with student conduct databases, including Maxient.

Immunization Requirements
