The Strategic Alliances Manager is accountable for the relationships and day-to-day management of Relias' largest and most strategic partners. This role serves as a leader on the Alliances team, having oversight over Relias' gold and platinum partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Owns the relationships and day-to-day management of Gold and Platinum-level, Referral Alliance Partners across healthcare verticals:

* Liaises with Relias' Marketing organization and the partner to envision and coordinate co-marketing efforts (events, webinars, digital campaigns, etc.) in support of Relias' and the partner's common goals and objectives.

* Works across Relias' and the partners' Sales organizations to provide training and enable referral processes.

* Negotiates and manages Partnership Terms and Conditions in accordance with Relias' Partnership Program standards.

* Ensures accurate reporting and works with the Finance team to confirm accurate calculation of the Partners' revenue share / royalty payments.

* Reports on partner performance and manages Partnership KPIs and annual targets.

* Conducts quarterly and annual partnership reviews.

* Identifies opportunities for partnership expansion in alignment with Relias' strategy and goals.

* Manages renewal and termination processes for current partners, per Annual Partnership Portfolio Review results.

* Aligns with internal stakeholders for Partner Success and Engagement:

* Appropriately aligns to cross-functional vertical leaders in Product Management, Marketing and Sales to ensure the Alliances needs for the vertical are met.

* Leads Verticalized Partnership Strategy Reviews with Product Management, Sales and Marketing stakeholders.

* Works with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and leadership to identify potential Alliance Partners who are aligned to Relias' strategy and business objectives.

* Researches and evaluates new Partner requests working closely with Product Management and Sales.

* Qualifies new Partnership opportunities in accordance with Relias' Partnership Program standards.

* Other duties as assigned

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

* Bachelor's Degree

* 3+ years of experience in a partner management, sales, or marketing related role in the technology sector

* Target Market Knowledge - understand and apply insights about a specific group of consumers or businesses that Relias aims to reach with its products and solutions

* Marketing Strategy - ability to craft and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with and drive the overall business objectives

* Sales Cycle Management - systematically guide prospects through each stage of the sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion, in both B2B and B2C contexts

* Negotiations - ability to strategically and effectively engage in discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, partners, or stakeholders in the SaaS and/or eCommerce sectors

* Partner Relationship Management - ability to effectively manage relationships with external partners to drive business growth and collaboration

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
