Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Customer Service Rep
role with our client for a Onsite opportunity in Los Angeles, CA.
* 1-Year (with the possibility of extension or full-time hire)
* Pay Rate: $25.00.
* 100% Onsite
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways by processing and responding to customer concerns, requests, complaints, and other various needs through multiple contact points such as inbound and outbound phone, chat, online requests, and email.
* Maintain a minimum quarterly quality level of 90%.
* Help educate customers on product offerings, proprietary investing tools, features and content.
* Ensure our customers are using the right products for their needs.
* Provide customers with simple technical assistance with IBD products.
* Make callbacks to follow-up on service and/or support -related issues. Collaborate with multiple departments to research and resolve issues, improve processes and to promote thoughtful ideas.
* Participate in newly-hired employee and recurring training.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving IBD suite of product offerings.
* Grow investing knowledge through the education we provide.
* Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience in any setting (preferred)
* Experience resolving customers' concerns while consistently providing superior levels of customer service and satisfaction
* Ability to follow a large set of procedural guidelines and be independently resourceful when investigating & researching complex customer queries
* Built and developed internal & external relationships to identify problems, assess needs, and find solutions to customer queries
* Demonstrated experience of learning technical systems and applications quickly
* Salesforce or NetSuite experience (preferred)
* College degree (preferred) -OR- equivalent work experience
