The Jackson Laboratory, located in Bar Harbor, Maine, is currently seeking applicants for the position of Environmental Services Technician I. Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm. Working under moderate supervision, the Environmental Services Technician position has the primary responsibility of cleaning properties owned or leased by The Jackson Laboratory (JAX) to promote the health and safety of The Jackson Laboratory's visitors and its employees. This includes traditional custodial tasks (maintaining public spaces and bathrooms) and housekeeping responsibilities (laundry and service to a conference center). The Environmental Services Technician I position is currently scheduled for day shift or second shift Monday-Friday, but is subject to working third shift, and/or weekends to meet business requirements of the Facilities Department and The Jackson Laboratory. Qualifications:
