Our Garden Segment is looking for a Reputation Management Specialist, reporting into and based in Atlanta, GA. This new role on our Digital Team will manage the social reputation of our brands across numerous platforms, develop, analyze and make content recommendations, and work closely with digital marketing and brand teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Reputation Management by establishing a consistent brand tone for our brands and ensure all brands and products are responded to in a timely fashion across Bazaarvoice and PowerReviews for Lowe's, THD, Walmart, ACE, etc.
  • Become subject matter expert on PowerReviews, Amazon and Bazaarvoice
  • Manage social Reputation Management across all brands and all social platforms including Meta, Tik Tok, X, and Reddit
  • Analyze content and consumer care reporting tools to identify content opportunities to address consumer pain points, product issues, and sampling opportunities
  • Work with IT to ensure reporting tools are surfacing accurate results for the correct products and retailer
  • Work with brands, consumer care, and reputation specialists to understand, establish, and maintain a list of FAQs based on consumer feedback and identify and communicate any quality control issues
  • Participate in content planning and PLRs based on consumer feedback and data
  • Partner with internal team to ensure consumer care data is flowing properly and informing business units
  • Monitor review syndication data and work with PowerReviews and Bazaarvoice to resolve issues
  • Acting liaison for PriceSpider on monthly calls, product feeds, opportunities, and any issues

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead through ambiguity
  • Platform experience with Meta, Bazaarvoice, PowerReviews, or other reputation management platforms
  • Strong excel skills
  • Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
  • Prior experience at a large CPG organization or agency is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Digital Asset Management systems, SAP, or GDSN
  • Knowledge of retailer eCommerce requirements
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or relevant job experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Reputation Management
