Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Regional Mental Health Clinician position.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Clinician to support the emotional, mental, and overall well-being of our independent living residents. As a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, this role integrates mental health expertise with health coaching to empower residents in their personal journeys toward enhanced mental, physical, social, and emotional well-being. This position is ideal for a dynamic professional who values a preventative, whole-person approach to mental and emotional well-being, as well as helping residents thrive in an environment that prioritizes healthy living and personal fulfillment.




Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Masters or doctoral degree in psychology and/or social work with specialized expertise in geriatrics

  • Minimum of three years' experience as a licensed behavioral health clinician providing assessment and psychotherapy services

  • Maintains a state license as a mental health services provider (i.e. Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Professional Counselor)

  • Eligible for National Provider Identification Number AND credentialing as a behavioral health clinician by Medicare and other third-party payers

  • Board certification in geriatrics and experience in serving people living with dementia is preferred

Pay Range

$65,920.00 - $81,067.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
