The Program Managers is responsible for the fulfillment of organizational programs by coordinating activities in order to execute quality and improvement programs. They will provide strategic guidance to teams and program stakeholders and will oversee the progress of program operations. They are responsible for management of the program, giving detailed attention to strategy, project delegation, and program implementation. The position also assists in the deployment of support tools and ensures that they are effectively used on an operational basis. Manage communication, program roll out and program facilitation as assigned.
Program Manager is a self-motivated, organized and highly efficient individual who will take a leadership role for the KCMG Service Lines facilitating program/project planning and service line strategic operations. Program Manager will work closely with Department Administrators for the ongoing management of the work of the KCMG Radiologists and anesthesiologists service lines across the Medical Enterprise. Program Manager is responsible for managing special projects/programs for the service line, including but not limited to program and process development, creating collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, and analyzing data . The PM contributes to the design of program content, policies and strategic planning efforts. USC Care is a complex and highly matrixed organization, working collaboratively among cross-functional teams with many internal departments and leaders. This position also works with external vendors and partners. The Program Manager will execute strategic initiates. This role is deeply connected to strategic business planning efforts, with a focus on organizing the key leaders and operations across the health system to support operational success. Essential Duties:
- Project Management Accountabilities: Responsible for the management of strategic initiatives of the service line and planning, monitoring and managing internal projects from initiation through completion. Ensures project/ program methodologies, project/ program delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and facilitating the following: project budget, project schedule, risk and issue management, scope change management, maintain up-to-date project/program documentation. Oversee and/or administer program functions such as planning, organizing, coordination, and implementing activities to meet objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders. Drives planning efforts to support the implementation of strategic goals for new programs working closely with strategic and operational leads. Organize and manage program activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries, participants, and stakeholders. Develop, prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and other materials for program-related meetings.
- Analytics Accountabilities: Analyzes information/situations, defining problems, articulating logical recommendations and recognizing alternatives and their implications. Oversees the timely and accurate production of reports and formulation of recommendations on subjects as assigned. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial considerations Evaluate operational risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement risk management practices to safeguard business operations. Support analysis of strategic growth initiatives and assist in planning and developing strategic objectives, supporting the organization's long-term planning and decision-making processes.
- Systems Accountabilities: Support analytical needs, including dashboards, reports, databases and tools (analytics); create/review key departmental reports to identify improvement opportunities to meet goals/objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Req Bachelor's Degree In a related field
- Req 3-5 years Experience in a program management or relevant field
- Req Experience In a healthcare environment
- Req Ability to manage and analyze portfolio of complex projects/ programs to meet goals/objectives while maintaining scope
- Req Proficient Analytics and Systems skills.
- Req Drives planning efforts to support the implementation of strategic goals for new programs working closely with strategic and operational leads.
- Req Demonstrates expertise in change management principles and tools, utilizes best practice to guide teams in navigating change to support successful project implementation and operational success.

Preferred Qualifications: Required Licenses/Certifications:
- Req Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date. (Required within LA City only)
The annual base salary range for this position is $95,680.00 - $158,230.00.
