Immediately Hiring! Material Handler, Carrollton TX Starting pay: $22.52 plus a $1.00 shift differential. Shift: Evening 2:00pm - 10:15pm Training will be conducted on first shift for approximately 2 months. (Mon-Fri with the possibility of OT on Saturday from 6:00am - 2:15pm.) As aMaterial Handleryou will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! Primary Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift to receive pallets of raw materials and packaging products. Operate a sit-down forklift to load trucks with pallets of finished goods from production lines. Operate packaging equipment such as stretch wrappers, de-palletizing and palletizing systems. Communicate with leadership and other team members verbally and with email. Qualifications Ability to learn how to operate RF scanners for inventory control of finished goods. Basic computer literacy. Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally. Experience with basic hand and power tools. Good communication skills. Ability to work with limited supervision. Ability to work in a team environment, take ownership of responsibilities and follow instructions of leadership team.
