MidFirst is committed to complying with regulatory requirements including the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) in a proactive and collaborative manner. To achieve those objectives, MidFirst seeks a CRA Analyst to assist in the collection and processing of data and development of reports and KRIs for management use in assessing CRA performance and in strategy development. Relevant data includes loan, deposit, and investment activity from multiple systems to document positive impact of CRA eligible activities and related community development and revitalization efforts. Publicly available peer results and economic and demographic data are also used for comparative analysis. This role will require data mapping and collection, processing, verification, and analysis to provide CRA and Executive Management with information to develop CRA strategies and to document compliance. Position Requirements: This position requires demonstrated experience with data mapping, data collection, and integration of data from multiple systems, including QC and validation to ensure data accuracy. Database management, movement, manipulation, and processing to consolidate data elements from operating systems, general ledger, Call Report sources into dedicated CRA software is required. Ability to craft supporting procedures is critical. Candidates must possess automation skills to create efficiencies in repetitive process and visualization skills to assess reasonableness and consistency of data in relation to expectations. A Bachelor's degree is required. MidFirst Bank is seeking a self-starter to engage with front-line personnel to implement the data collection requirements and develop documentation and procedures to ensure process consistency across time periods. While CRA knowledge would be useful, it is not required. In addition to technology and database understanding, minimal understanding of control concepts would be useful in controlling the flow of data from various reporting units through data output.
