Description
This position is responsible for leading and managing Agile Delivery for the Provide Service product family within our Software Engineering team. They are responsible for all aspects of agile delivery including requirements, engineering, and quality assurance as well as product support. They will partner with other Business enablement and IT enablement teams to deliver mission critical functions that help grow Medica's business. They will ensure delivery to meet Medica's business objectives leveraging an internal agile team as well as vendor and technology partners. The candidate will have extensive knowledge in software engineering and agile disciplines. Candidates must have knowledge of information technology concepts, strategies, and methodologies as well as knowledge of best practices and procedures. The Provide Service product family supports 4 products (Portals, Site and Content Management, and Correspondence) with 7 agile teams. This role will be responsible for 2 Agile teams (Member Portal, Digital API and Digital Streaming) supporting the Portals products. This includes a wide variety of platforms that manage Provide Service product family data including but not limited to Health Rules, Open Text, Sitecore, Laserfiche, Zipari, Mulesoft, Azure based streaming technology, and CRM (multiple systems including Salesforce). The Manager works with IT and business teams in initiating, structuring, managing and directing the successful delivery of products, programs and/or roadmaps. Manages the activities of individual contributors on the product teams. The Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the goals and objectives of the assigned programs and product teams are met and ensures that the interrelationships between process, people and technology are defined, managed and controlled. This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Twin Cities, MN or Madison, WI - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership. The full salary range for this position is $111,200 - $190,600. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
