Accounting Specialist (AP/AR) Category: Accounting Employment Type: Direct Hire Reference: BH-382016-2 Please contact: Renu Goel 857-207-2676 renu.goel@yoh.com Essential Functions Enter and review AR invoices in Workday Generate customer invoices Monitor AR and AP email related inquiries Deposit and apply checks and ACH payments in Workday, reconcile as needed Prepare and distribute reports as needed to customers and colleagues Process credit card transactions Assist in month end process Process AP thru Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processing Prepare and send out weekly payments including checks and ACH Review AP statements Assist our field employees with inquires Skills/Aptitude Must be proficient in verbal and written communication Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook Must possess general working knowledge of and be comfortable with computer and software technology Driven self-starter possessing critical thinking, problem-solving skills along with an appreciation for detail Knowledge of accounting principles Must be organized and detail orientated Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or experience equivalent Minimum 2 years accounting experience is strongly preferred Estimated Min Rate: $42000.00 Estimated Max Rate: $60000.00 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
