Essential Functions

  • Enter and review AR invoices in Workday

  • Generate customer invoices

  • Monitor AR and AP email related inquiries

  • Deposit and apply checks and ACH payments in Workday, reconcile as needed

  • Prepare and distribute reports as needed to customers and colleagues

  • Process credit card transactions

  • Assist in month end process

  • Process AP thru Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processing

  • Prepare and send out weekly payments including checks and ACH

  • Review AP statements

  • Assist our field employees with inquires



Skills/Aptitude
  • Must be proficient in verbal and written communication

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook

  • Must possess general working knowledge of and be comfortable with computer and software technology

  • Driven self-starter possessing critical thinking, problem-solving skills along with an appreciation for detail

  • Knowledge of accounting principles

  • Must be organized and detail orientated



Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or experience equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience is strongly preferred



Estimated Min Rate: $42000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $60000.00
