Job Profile: Office Services Senior Assistant

Job Description Summary: The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and internal teams,
ensuring efficient information management, secretarial services, and office coordination. This includes assisting new employees, managing
mail services, liaising with departments for process improvements, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
The role involves supporting internal departments with a focus on quality, confidentiality, and responsiveness.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a healthy and safe office environment.
    • Develop and maintain effective hard and soft copy filing systems.
    • Address all enquiries from customers professionally and accurately.
    • Manage accurate flow of incoming and outgoing information, ensuring confidentiality and highlighting pressing deadlines.
    • Book meetings, organise events, arrange travel and file expense reports
    • Order supplies, stationary and maintain consumables stock.
    • Coordinate meeting, agenda and matter lists for internal team meetings
    • Provide a professional, business-like and efficient interface point with internal and external representatives.
    • Assist in preparing and reviewing reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
    • Initiate special projects and process improvements based on department needs.




Work Experience:
    • Relevant work experience.
    • Experience in an administration role.
    • Customer service experience.
    • Administrative/secretarial experience in a sizable company.
    • Experience in a secretarial, or administration role.
    • MS Office - PPT, Word, Outlook, Excel





Estimated Min Rate: $20.00
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
