Manufacturing GMP Cleaner Category: Manufacturing & Production Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-382078 We have a contract opportunity for a GMP Cleaner in Fremont CA. This position is initially approved for 6 months and could be extended. Pay Rate:$23.61/Hr. 2nd Shift: Sun-Thurs, 2:00PM-10:30PM Requirement: Able to obtain full medical respiratory clearance and successfully complete respirator fit test. Job Responsibilities: Performs and coordinates GMP cleaning and Sanitization of process areas on the manufacturing floor related to the manufacturing of bulk drug substances. Responsible for cleaning parts used in manufacturing. Follows SOPs and manufacturing procedures. Documents work according to cGMP and cGDP. Adheres to established regulations and follows cGMPs. Reports abnormalities & deviations in an accurate manner Adheres to safety standards and identifies unsafe situations Maintains production areas according to 5s standards. Cleans specified rooms on the manufacturing floor using approved cleaning solution, wearing appropriate PPE including respirator maybe required. Trash removal, floor to ceiling cleaning, tidying up areas (5S), and cleaning of small parts and equipment, performing real time documentation of cleaning in each area. Work in a regulated environment following SOPs, OCPs and BGSs for cGMP compliance. GMP room cleaning and trash removal. Skills: 1+ years of experience in cGMP regulated industry a plus Focus on execution of tasks with technical complexity. Identifies process anomalies and areas for improvement. Knowledge of fundamental manufacturing concepts. Some technical knowledge of biologics operations a plus. Ability to work with computer-based systems. Become familiar with cleaning chemical components. Physical Demands: Wear proper PPE that may include respirator to protect from cleaning agents, safety shoes, gloves. Perform motions, bending, reaching overhead and lift up to 40 lbs. Education: High School Degree/GED 1-2 years' work experience in GMP regulated industry a plus. Estimated Min Rate: $16.53 Estimated Max Rate: $23.61 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
