Job Overview
The Technical Product Manager Director at T-Mobile is instrumental in developing and refining the technical solutions for both sales and service architectures to enhance the company's technology portfolio for both internal and external customers. This role involves designing strategies and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative products and services through iterative value delivery. Acting as an extension of the Sr Vice President or Vice President's, this position holds leadership authority for the execution of critical programs. This role interfaces with Product teams, Executive sponsors, and Senior Leadership Team members to facilitate program discussions and remove obstacles. The position demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional technical documentation and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex ideas across various organizational levels. Through their expertise and guidance, they significantly contribute to the strategic direction and technological advancements of T-Mobile.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and refines technical network and service architectures to enhance the technology portfolio
- Designs strategies and leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative products and services

- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Field (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Technical Field (Preferred)
- Work Experience:
- More than 10 years Designing and developing technical network and service architectures in a telecommunications environment (Preferred)
- 7-10 years Leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of technology projects (Preferred)
- 7-10 years Interfacing with senior leadership and executive teams to drive technology strategy and innovation (Preferred)
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strategic Thinking Ability to develop long-term visions and strategies to guide the technological advancements of the company. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $155,300 - $210,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 25%

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
