Job OverviewThe Operations Monitoring Manager serves as a Lead in T-Mobile's Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC), overseeing a group of Specialists and Senior Specialists. In this role, you are responsible and accountable for operational direction, activities, and overall performance of the group while ensuring alignment with Corporate Security's mission, goals and objectives and those of key partner organizations. As the shift lead, you will conduct shift briefings and document shift activities for the Director of Intelligence. This role will spearhead improvement initiatives and optimize ESOC workflows, providing support to all Specialists based on volume and daily requirements. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic security plans that align with business objectives and mitigate risks. In addition, you are responsible for compiling and reporting on key ESOC performance metrics, managing cross-functional projects, and fostering a culture of readiness within the organization. ** This is a salaried position that primarily follows "2nd shift" type hours, with a typical start time of 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM. While the standard schedule will be consistent, occasional adjustments may be required. We are looking for a candidate who can be flexible in their working hours to accommodate team and business needs. ** Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
