Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. Position Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, a background in government environments, and the ability to act as an effective interface between users and the Scrum team.

Responsibilities



  • Product Ownership: Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Government Environment: Apply experience in government projects to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • User Interface: Act as the primary liaison between users and the Scrum team, translating user requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Agile Practices: Participate in Agile practices within the scrum team, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, user stories, and project progress.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with security requirements and assist in obtaining necessary clearances.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with specific experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and government projects.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.


Preferred Skills and Experience



  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience with other project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven track record of projects within a government environment.


Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $112,800 - $140,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
