Title: General Intern

Location: Metairie, LA

Bollinger is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Intern for a full-time, on-site summer internship at our Metairie, LA facility. This opportunity is ideal for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment while supporting multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general office tasks with high attention to detail including data entry, document organization, and report preparation.
• Assist in preparing information and conducting research for various departments, including but not limited to Engineering, Program Management, and other operational teams.
• Support scheduling, metric development, and organizational process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with company personnel to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

* Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.

* Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast- pacedenvironment.
