Job Responsibilities: The Director of Community Health will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of community health equity programs and community affairs activities at Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital (JHSMH). Reporting to the Executive Director of Community Health for NCR, the Director will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to address the health and social determinants of health needs of communities in the District of Columbia. The Director will lead the completion and implementation of the triennial JHSMH Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), involving internal and external stakeholders to determine the highest priorities and most critical challenges faced in the community. The Director will manage the Community Health staff and budget, and the JHSMH community engagement programs and investments. This role also serves as the coordinating leaders for all community health initiatives across the hospital and initiates, coordinates and supports employee community engagement programs. Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $105,000 per year - Maximum $138,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
