Position Description: Provide program planning, performance tracking, and communications in support of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) commitments with oversight from supervisor. Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities: * Assist with consolidating, analyzing, and reporting company-wide Environmental Social Governance (ESG) performance metrics, as directed. * Maintain ESG dashboards by providing data inputs and performing data analysis. May contribute to development of additional ESG dashboards. * Conduct research on ESG trends, benchmarks, and best practices, as directed. * Assist with collaboration of ESG teams and cross-functional working groups to support implementation process aligned with goals and strategies, with supervisor guidance. * Coordinate development of cross-functional working and focus groups to support implementation of ESG . * Assist in creating standardized processes for ESG data collection and reporting, with supervisor oversight. * Develop content for ESG presentations, reports, and marketing materials tailored for various audiences with direction from supervisor. * Support creation of client-facing materials, including case studies and success stories, to showcase ESG achievements. * Assist with collaboration with marketing team to align ESG messaging with broader company branding. * Document and share best practices in ESG implementation across organization, as directed. * Contribute to continuous improvement for process improvements to enhance ESG efficiency and effectiveness. * Assist with updating and refining ESG documentation and organization of policies and procedures as directed. * Assist with developing and delivering training sessions to increase awareness and understanding of ESG initiatives. * Serve as resource for internal stakeholders for ESG-related questions and escalate as appropriate. * Begin to develop relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, designers, and clients to build external network related to ESG. * May participate in external organizations, conferences, and events beneficial to ESG for continued learning. * Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science or a related field of study, and minimum of 2 years of construction and/or sustainability industry experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience * Familiar with ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) preferred * Highly organized with attention to detail, and timely documentation with ability to request prioritization of duties * Basic problem solving and analytical capabilities * Professional written and verbal communication skills * Approachable and effectively interact with all employee levels, management, subcontractors, and clients * Active listening skills and responsive with strong follow-up practices * Embrace change and quick learner to adopt processes, information, and technology enhancements * Work with oversight and direction and collaboratively with teams * Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of applications with intermediate Excel skills, and basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and database applications. * Limited travel Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
