Full Stack Software Engineer - React/ Django

Seeking a developer to join the Vehicle Operations Team. The primary focus of this role is to support the development of an in-house web application tool. You will collaborate with multiple departments, including IT. Looking for a person who is committed to collaborative problem solving, delivering sophisticated design and the creation of quality products.

Responsibilities:
* Design and build features for in-house web application tool.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and provide updates.
* Attend and host meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
* Take and maintain detailed meeting notes within Confluence.
* Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the application.
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the application.

Skills and Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in React and Django development.
* Solid understanding of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
* Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript.
* Knowledge of web-based programming languages such as HTML and CSS.
* Exceptional time management and ownership of assigned tasks and feature developments.
* Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
* Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Full-stack development experience.
* Experience with DevOps and server maintenance.
* Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
* Managed a software project from beginning to end.

Estimated Min Rate: $35.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00
