As a principal product leader you will look at the end to end of the product offering, ensure we have a solid product that meets customer needs and actively engage with our customers and developer community, analyzing feedback, and monitoring market trends, you will drive the creation of features that enhance the customer and developer experience and meet market demands. Your leadership will be instrumental in crafting a product strategy and how we show up for our customers and enable them to infuse AI in their projects effectively. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that support our goal of making AI accessible to all developers. In this high-visibility role, you will work alongside CoreAI leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap. You will also help our team with effective operations. Your insights will help align complex organizational priorities, ensuring that our products deliver significant business impact. Responsibilities Identify customer needs and market opportunities through data analysis and feedback. Leading experiments to test new features and guide prioritization and execution. Providing strategic guidance to shape long-term vision and strategy based on market research and business goals. Developing feature specifications and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Influencing leadership and aligning complex organizational structures. Defining success metrics and partnering with engineering teams on feature design and user experience. Working with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to develop release criteria and marketing strategies. Managing investment opportunities and contributing to agile development practices. Oversee the creation and lifecycle of various asset types, including demos, samples, and workshops. Ensure assets are aligned with industry needs and effectively graduated from show-ready to workshop-ready. Lead the planning and delivery of compelling presentations at key disclosure events. Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and powerful narrative that enhances brand visibility and product understanding. Manage investment opportunities and contribute to agile development practices. Work with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to develop release criteria and marketing
