GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Versant Business Support Specialist, you are responsible for areas of account management and operations, inventory tracking, business information and data reporting relative to the Versant business model. Includes management of the on-hand information in the Versant Provider and Return warehouses and owning analysis & reporting of monthly business statements that are part of our contractual responsibilities towards Versant.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and reconciliation of Versant customer inventory including but not limited to: tracking return aging and analyzing the flow of inventory adjustments and shipments through Versant accounts.
  • Work with large volumes of data to understand and interpret current business trends in order to communicate to FGX management and Versant stakeholders, so that the proper corrective actions may be taken.
  • Month-end duties, including: Reconcile inventory accounts and prepare month-end reports for submission to Versant Health.
  • Participate in various Ad-hoc projects supporting other general business needs on the Versant account.
  • Ensure there are no data integrity issues prior to information sharing with Versant or any third party service team or reconciliation center.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of all Versant inventory parameters, calculations and data feeds as they pertain to the accuracy of information shared.
  • Research, identify and resolve Provider item level inventory issues.
  • Confirm accuracy of Billing files created as a result of an inventory or return reconciliation, update as needed and send to Davis Collection Billing once the review is complete.
  • Support Account Manager and Retail Operations Supervisor as needed.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a related commercial field, experience covering account management support, analytical skills, data analysis, basic financial & accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Must possess the ability to prepare, analyze and interpret operational reports.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs with intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Strong business partnering skills
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Autonomous, with strong ability to work effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed, virtual teams.

Pay Range: -89,639.36

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
