SUMMARYThe Sr Manager of Shopper Marketing is a leader in the broader sales & marketing strategy team at Nature's Way. This leader's key priorities will be to develop retailer-specific program executed at the store level that drives engagement with consumers. This is a unique opportunity to grow and refine a newly established capability within the Nature's Way organization that will have significant strategic impact on the future of this organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will lead a team of two direct reports who will focus on retailer engagement in the both in-store and ECOM execution. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Required: Undergraduate college degree in business, insights, analytics or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in shopper marketing for a consumer goods company and/or an agency focused on consumer packaged goods categories. TRAVEL This position required up to 20% domestic travel. Some international travel may be required. All benefits are effective on day 1 of employment.
