SUMMARY
The Sr Manager of Shopper Marketing is a leader in the broader sales & marketing strategy team at Nature's Way. This leader's key priorities will be to develop retailer-specific program executed at the store level that drives engagement with consumers. This is a unique opportunity to grow and refine a newly established capability within the Nature's Way organization that will have significant strategic impact on the future of this organization. The health and wellness space is one of the most dynamic and culturally relevant environments, and Nature's Way has a strong growth ambition in the supplement category.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Work with the senior sales leaders and the marketing team to develop a retail execution budget that can be leveraged at the store level to drive consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing brand equity and commercial teams to drive store-level customer engagement.
  • Develop comprehensive annual shopper marketing plans along with Sales, Account and Marketing leadership that aligns with Nature's Way's brand and category strategies as well as support overall growth by incorporating the shoppers' path to purchase
  • Lead all shopper initiatives (from planning to execution, measurement and optimization) to help deliver on business plans and elevate Nature's Way's brands and business performance.
  • Oversees shopper marketing analysis by tracking agreed upon KPIs to optimize ROI of shopper plans annually and utilize post program analytics to improve programs and tactics.
  • Collaborate cross functionally, internally and externally, to develop new Shopper capabilities for the organization, including planning, testing, and leading adoption.
  • Responsible for allocation of annual shopper marketing budget and ensuring all spend occurs within budget.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will lead a team of two direct reports who will focus on retailer engagement in the both in-store and ECOM execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required: Undergraduate college degree in business, insights, analytics or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in shopper marketing for a consumer goods company and/or an agency focused on consumer packaged goods categories.

TRAVEL
This position required up to 20% domestic travel. Some international travel may be required.
