Little & Associates, the insurance staff counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies, is seeking a dynamic Civil Litigation - Law and Motion Attorney with 0-10 years of experience to join our Concord, CA office. This role involves preparing a variety of motions, including demurrers, motions to strike, and motions for summary judgment. Candidates residing in Fresco County may have the option to work fully remotely, while others will need to spend some time in the office via a Hybrid Work Arrangement. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy, complemented by outstanding written and oral advocacy skills. We are looking for individuals who are well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing a high-volume caseload with time-sensitive tasks.
