Job Description What It's Like Drive conversations, recommend solutions, design support specific to the Technology Customer Experience and how it can be improved across the entire technology stack. The team leverages advanced capabilities and tracking systems to build visibility into key areas and improve existing systems and deliver the best possible experience for new products and systems. What You'll Do This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels. This position understands how organizations function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals. This position facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units in order to create requirement work products for solution providers. This role plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery. This role provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. This role assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders Creates comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes identifies high-level information Brokers consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs Leads IT design discussions from inception through the end of implementation Drives requirements of in-flight solutions to deliver best in class user experience What It Takes Provides Project leadership and consulting support on complex tasks Develops a business analysis work-plan to manage their own tasks, deliverables, schedule and provides information to stakeholders Applies strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve workflow inefficiencies Ensures accuracy in data analysis and documentation with attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions Analytical skills are crucial for interpreting data and making informed decisions in our data first environment Additional Job Description Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
