SUMMARYThe Brand Manager is responsible for building and executing strategic go-to-market plans that deliver on financial and brand targets with accountability to deliver the full P&L. This person must partner with the Director of Marketing Commercialization to drive strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, R&D, consumer insights, and brand equity, as well as coaching and management of an Associate Brand Manager. This position has direct supervisory responsibility over, and daily management of, individual brand and capability managers that requires: personnel performance evaluations, personnel compensation oversight, personnel succession planning, approval of budgets for salary, benefits, travel, entertainment, training, associations, trade shows, advertising, dues/publications, etc. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Required: Undergraduate college degree in marketing, business or a related field. 4+ years of related experience in consumer packaged goods marketing within the Food/Drug/Mass and/or Health Food Store channels. Preferred: Masters of Business Administration graduate degree. Marketing experience with a healthcare or supplements portfolio a plus. TRAVEL This position required up to 20% domestic travel. Some international travel may be required. All benefits are effective on day 1 of employment.
