Join the T-Mobile Business Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team as a pivotal member responsible for managing the Quarterly Game Plan for subscriber and account activity across various segments and sales channels. This role involves providing weekly analysis and guidance on trends to leadership, focusing on operational drivers of activations and disconnects, and accounting adjustments.- Lead the development of in-quarter activations and disconnects outlooks. - Collaborate with business partners to present results, recommendations, and influence strategies to achieve business targets. - Track large line activations and disconnects with Enterprise and Government customers, incorporating this information into the weekly outlook. Form a weekly consensus across sales, sales operations, and marketing, communicated during weekly business review meetings. - Monitor cross-quarter accounting accruals and releases, integrating fluctuations into weekly outlooks. Analyze results to identify variances, underlying causes, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights. - Conduct ad-hoc research and deliver fast, accurate, and concise reports and dashboards. - Proactively seek enhancements in data sets to drive continuous improvement in modeling, partnerships, and general business acumen, with a focus on data optimization and automation. QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of experience in forecasting and analysis, including KPI management, variance analysis, and decision support. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. - Proficiency in MS Excel (especially Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint. - Experience with data mining and analytics software such as MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Power BI, Power Automate, and IBM Cognos. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication, project management, and cross-group collaboration abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in problem-solving. - Capability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely, relating them to broader business goals and trends. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
