Greasing the wheels behind the scenes, our people in Operations are the backbone of our Company.

The Luxottica Summer Internship Program is a 10-week immersion into Luxottica and its brands. It's a project-based internship where you will have the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and contribute to business success by working on priority projects. At Luxottica, we love what we do! We are looking for students who share our passion to help the world see and can turn their passion into dedication and focus to deliver great results.

We are looking for innovative and passionate students to join us, supporting exciting projects in our Dallas, TX office under the Strategy Operations team and interacting with other areas of the organization like Sales and Customer Service.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Leverage Analytical Skills: Work on priority projects using data analysis, modeling, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with departments like Sales, Operations and Customer Service to gather insights and align strategies.
  • Bring Fresh Perspectives: Contribute innovative ideas, ask thought-provoking questions, and share fresh insights to enhance team discussions and outcomes.
  • Support Decision-Making: Conduct data mining, prepare compelling presentations, and assist in crafting business cases that drive operational improvements.
  • Solve Real-World Problems: Use data-driven insights to develop actionable recommendations for complex challenges.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Available for the full 10-week program, 40 hours per week.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including Excel, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • MBA or Master's degree candidate.
  • Previous experience in consulting or strategy roles.
  • International exposure or study abroad experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to build relationships.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
