Job Summary: The Operations Assistant provides a range of operational and administrative support to the Nurse Manager and is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations of the CCA Community Respite. The Operations Assistant will provide administrative assistance including triaging calls, assisting persons served, their families and collateral service providers to get answers to questions; and providing direct support to team staff. The Operations Assistant also serves as the primary liaison for incoming referrals on the admissions team. The Operations Assistant contributes to the Bay Cove mission by performing their duties in a manner consistent with recovery principles. This is a non-exempt position.
