V2X Professional Services (VPS) is looking for an experienced Curriculum Manager in East Hartford, Connecticut. The incumbent must be able to analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain creative and innovative learning solutions as part of a cross functional team. This individual will perform tasks to analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain learning solutions both independently and under the leadership of a team lead. In this role, the Curriculum Manager will also serve as a lead instructional designer mentoring other team members. The courseware may be produced, implemented, and maintained for many different industries and in a variety of delivery media. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, creative, learn quickly, have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and be willing to accept new challenges. Required Skills: A minimum of three years of experience developing training in a variety of delivery media utilizing commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within instructional systems design, including the ADDIE model Desired Experience: Strong project management and organizational skills Employing courseware translation processes Applying Section 508 requirements to courseware Leading continuous improvement projects to solve problems and recommend solutions Establishing client relationships and development standards Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, or a related field required.
