You will collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure quality care for patients with specific medical needs, while promoting patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration. Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and diagnostic tests. Educate patients on their conditions, treatments, and self-care. Document patient interactions and care in the EHR system. Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and ensure a safe environment. Support patient flow, including scheduling and follow-ups. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Qualifications Current RN license in IOWA 1+ years of clinical experience (outpatient/primary care preferred) High School Diploma or equivalent BLS certification (ACLS a plus)/Mandatory reporter Strong communication and patient care skills Comfortable with EHR systems and multitasking Ability to lift and assist patients as needed Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
