The Processing Services Associate monitors and completes tasks to minimize risk exposure related to equipment lien filings, bank statement reconciliations, and credit bureau disputes for both the US and Canada.



Responsibilities

    Ensure UCC (US) and PPSA (CAD) filings are perfected, renewed, amended, and released timely and accurately in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Complete the balancing of multiple bank accounts daily including the processing of bank returns and the reconciling of bank files to multiple system applications for both customer and dealer accounts to identify and resolve outstanding issues
  • Work with internal and external contacts to resolve unbalanced account issues with urgency and follow up timely until resolved
  • Comply with Delegation of Authority requirements and processing authority levels

The salary range for this position is $48,000-$70,000 annually (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of banking, financial data entry, or administrative experience (accepted in lieu of degree)
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software
  • Ability to adapt to new systems, policies and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of critical thinking
  • Ability to complete individual assignments while meeting overall team objectives
  • Ability to work flexible hours inclusive of overtime and Saturdays as business needs require

The preferred candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of state requirements and regulations (e.g., Uniform Commercial Code - UCC)
  • Knowledge of NACHA requirements
