This is a full time position. Location: Sentara Home Care Services 535 Independence Pkwy, Ste 500 Chesapeake, VA 23320 The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the intake of initial patient referrals, insurance benefits verification and coordination of new admission for Home Care services. Additionally responsible for preparing appropriate documentation required for processing, billing and initiation of care. Requirements: High School Grad or Equivalent Preferred: 12+ months experience required.
