Successful product managers will interact with cross-functional and departmental team members to support customers in the use of proteomics products. This usually includes supporting sales in selling the right products to our customers, supporting Tech Support to ensure that customers are successful in their experiments, creating and editing content to help customers gain knowledge and interest in our solutions, partnering with QA and regulatory groups to ensure that we have quality, complying products on the market, and to drive overall revenue for the business. This is a highly dynamic position that allows product managers to learn about many facets of our business and translate their scientific knowledge into customer (and Bio-Rad) success.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Support a multi-million dollar product line within the protein quantitation team, ensuring product availability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote products within customer-centric workflows through engaging, rich content.
  • Foster positive relationships with critical business counterparts including sales, field marketing, manufacturing, QA, and global marketing colleagues.
  • Drive top line and bottom line growth of the portfolio.


What You Bring:



  • Education: B.S. in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biology or similar; MBA and/or M.S. preferred.
  • Work Experience: 1-5 years in Product management within the Life Sciences space.
  • Technical Experience: Practical knowledge of proteomics techniques including immunoassays, Western blotting, protein purification/chromatography, and protein assays.
  • Office Skills: Proficiency in MicroSoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Powerpoint.
  • Highly Differentiating Skills: Proficiency in scientific writing, content creation in the scientific space, Webinar/public presentation skills are highly desirable.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $102,200 to $140,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
