We are seeking an experienced instructor to lead our Human Resources Certification course. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction on HR principles, industry standards, and best practices to prepare participants for professional certification exams. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, delivering lectures and hands-on activities, and assessing participant progress. Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching are essential to inspire and support our learners in achieving their career goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources.

• Teaching or training experience, preferably in HR or related subjects.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• SHRM or HRCI Certification is not required but is highly recommended.

• The course is recommended to be taught online and through Canvas.

• Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania, as this remote position is subject to Pennsylvania employment laws.
