Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager, Marketing is a US position within the marketing team. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Manager (RFA Solutions, IVP). The Associate Product Manager will have responsibility for managing and supporting the downstream efforts of our RFA Solutions business, primarily our NKT product line, as well as assisting our RFA Solutions Product Managers in category management activities to help deliver expected annual results for the product platforms. This individual will also assist in the development of sales and customer facing collateral, tools and programs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Assist in the development and execution of effective plans and programs, both strategic and tactical, to drive net sales, operating profit, and market share for the NKT categories.
  • Maintain full P&L management responsibility for the NKT product portfolio.
  • Develop long term strategic and one year marketing plans for NKT.
  • Maintain and develop customer engagement events, including tradeshow and symposium participation, webinars and sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with Forecasting, Planning and Finance teams to develop timely and accurate forecasts to ensure availability of key NKT consumer codes.
  • Support and guide development and execution of educational tools and training events to develop new RFA users and maintain sales force competency, drive new product sales and provide superior customer service.
  • Assist in developing key initiatives and programs by gathering customer insights and demonstrating an end user focus with physicians / clinicians and patients.
  • Establishing and manage relationships with industry KOLs.
  • Actively seek and positively respond to performance and personal development feedback, while initiating activities to enhance personal functional effectiveness to realize full career potential.

REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences, Communications, Marketing or Business preferred).
  • Prior Marketing or Communications experience recommended.
  • Strong skills in standard office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel in the US. (Up to 25% of the time)
  • 2-3 years minimum of recent Marketing, Business, Medical Device Sales or Healthcare experience
  • Ability to travel 10-30% of the time
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to complete everyday responsibilities and duties with minimal supervision. Strong workethic, initiative, and enthusiasm. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Inspires trust and open communication amongst
  • team members and peers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills, including strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to drive focus, prioritization, and effective time/project management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates creativity



PREFERRED



  • MBA with Marketing or Business-related concentration
  • Prior healthcare marketing experience, in particular working on direct to physician marketing initiatives
