JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: UHS Pharmacy is currently looking to hire three part-time Customer Service Representatives (Pharmacy Customer Service Support). This individual will work up to 20 hours per week with occasional Saturdays. These positions are a great opportunity for those seeking to gain experience into the healthcare field. Responsibilities include:
The Customer Service Representative must follow all state and federal laws pertaining to the practice of pharmacy including HIPAA and follow all established operating procedures. Typically requires a high school diploma or higher plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Pharmacy experience is a plus.The ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly, have exceptional customer service skills, and be willing to work as part of a team.The UHS Pharmacy is a fast-paced, busy work environment, therefore, organizational skills and attention to detail are extremely important.
