Permanent Supportive Housing Program Coordinator

SUMMARY: Responsible to the Program Manager and Program Director for oversight of services to homeless and those at imminent risk of homelessness in Rock and Walworth Counties. Individual will coordinate the delivery of effective case management services and ensure program integrity. Individual will assist participants in developing self-sufficiency skills and achieving housing stability.
