We are looking for a Principal Product Manager - CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management) located in Santa Clara, CA to join our Products team, reporting to the senior director of Product Management. In this hybrid role, you will set strategy, define roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of Infoblox Security solutions with a focus on proactive security including threat exposure and attack surface management. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing to launch and scale 0 to 1 product in the cybersecurity space. What you'll do:

  • Define and execute strategy and roadmap for the new security product line focusing on threat exposure and attack surface management
  • Work closely with Engineering to gain roadmap commitment and provide a great user experience
  • Develop GTM plans and deliverables, such as customer/partner NDA presentations, technology overviews, sales training, FAQs, and white papers, aimed at enabling rapid market adoption by working with relevant cross-functional teams
  • Drive market analysis, product strategy and definition, competitive analysis, partner interaction, and customer management associated with our products
  • Develop business cases for new concepts, such as opportunity size, financial impact, market share, cost of sales, and profitability expectations
  • Participate, contribute, and represent in customer programs such as the Early Access Program (EAP), Customer Advisory Board (CAB), and Technical Advisory Board (TAB)
  • Develop and become the "go-to" team for subject matter expertise in the areas of threat exposure, attack surface management, and DNS security

What you'll bring:

  • 20+ years of product management experience in the field of cybersecurity with deep knowledge of security operations tools, processes, and the broader cybersecurity ecosystem
  • A proven track record of launching products from concept to market and achieving commercial success
  • Solid understanding of the threat landscape and the evolving needs of enterprises to secure their on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
  • Familiarity with exposure management, attack surface management, and related areas; experience in CAASM, EASM, or similar domains is preferred
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality with a high level of motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with partners, customers, and sales teams, particularly in difficult or challenging situations
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related engineering field

What success looks like: After six months, you will...

  • Have a well-defined vision, strategy, and execution plan for Threat Exposure Management and related products
  • Determine a coordinated go-to-market plan in conjunction with other stakeholders
  • Lead content generation, enablement of Sales architects, and subject matter expertise where it is required, including customer calls, partner calls, and business development meetings

After a year, you will ...

  • Develop and maintain a robust backlog of features and enhancements informed by customer feedback and market insights
  • Scale operational processes to support the growing portfolio and drive continuous improvement in delivery and execution
  • Establish Infoblox as a key player in the cybersecurity market by delivering innovative solutions that address critical customer needs

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our compensation philosophy. At Infoblox, we believe in paying for performance. You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in California is $208,500 - $321,090 plus corporate bonus potential.
