The Logistics Analyst plays a crucial role that involves extensive collaboration to efficiently coordinate and expedite various workflows between the Spare Parts Order Desks and the third-party logistics (3PL) facility. In addition, the Logistics Analyst will work closely with the Quality Specialist and the Global Supply Chain team to ensure that all inbound and outbound shipments meet safety and quality standards. This integrated approach is essential for maintaining a seamless flow of products and information within the supply chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
• Plan and implement optimization projects (e.g., warehouse-slotting, route planning,)
• Support the development and ongoing work related to after-market packaging and delivery standards.
• Oversee inventory procedures by participating in quarterly cycle counts.
• Contribute to ongoing continuous process improvement; research, develop, and implement; ensure warehouse team received, stored, and shipped products safely and efficiently.
• Warehouse Quality Specialist for Jeffersonville warehouse - ensure Containment , Sorting, Segregation and disposition of inventory , on time disposition of Quarantine, Quality Hold and Rework inventory as well as drive Layered Process Audit at the facility
• Drive ANDON Clinic at the Jeffersonville facility for all customer and supplier defects for North America and LATAM ; Lead Spare parts clinic projects as Clinic Specialist for the region.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to address quality issues that are contributed by warehouse and carriers, Ensure Corrective action implementation and sustenance post RCA.
• Create Supplier Non-Conformance reports and communicate Supplier defects working closely with CSM Purchasing, Lane SQE and QATS - to ensure inventory disposition and recovery from suppliers , drive supplier packaging correction / improvements for NA and LATAM .
• Review and approve packaging for aftermarket spare parts, conduct random checks, and collaborate with 3PL and the Husky CSM Quality Manager on new packaging development.
• Ability to manage and prioritize outbound shipments and warehouse transfers to customers and multiple regions with a commitment to quality.
• Help foster trusting relationships with business partners through prompt and effective communication with service providers, such as trucking companies, customs brokers, and air freight forwarders.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.
• Track KPIs and report on performance/quality related to inventory & warehouse; support the monitoring of the warehouse dashboards and daily and weekly team activities to control backlog.
• Daily, weekly and Monthly monitoring and tracking of Customer Complaints, Quarantine ,Quality Hold and Rework Inventory , ANDON Clinic open actions and ensure reporting and escalation as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Husky Machine and Mold technology and spare parts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree or equivalent ideally
• Demonstrated record of improving operational efficiency while meeting or exceeding internal customer needs.
• 5+ years of experience building effective relationships with business.
• Experience of Warehouse and / or Supplier quality of at least 3 to 4 years is required ; Working knowledge of Standard Work , PFMEA and Control Plan .
• 7 years + experience in warehousing and logistics, global experience is an asset.
• Understanding and experience of Aftermarket packaging
• Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., inventory planning, warehouse management)
• Solid to advanced technical skills and experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power BI, and Word)
• Analytical mind with business acumen
• Problem-solving aptitude - Hands on experience of Root Cause Analysis and driving corrective actions using standard tools like 5Why analysis / A3 / 7 Step Problem Solving / G8D is required
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Basic Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 / IATF 16949 is helpful ; Certified Internal / Lead Auditor - is an added benefit

• Outstanding organizational ability
• BSc/BA in Logistics, Operations, or a related field
• Preferred experience working with 3PL.
