Position: Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care
Shift: Full Time - 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift with one evening requirement per week. No weekend or Holidays!

Experience:
2 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in Primary Care, Family Medicine or related clinical areas.

Education:
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
MSN Required.
FNP preferred

Licensures/Certifications:
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Require ACLS certification.
Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
